    Toyota Supra MKIV

    In July 1993, the fourth and so far last generation of the Supra came on the market. Internationally, this type is called " Supra MKIV ".

    Toyota Supra MKIII

    In early 1986, the third generation of the Supra was introduced. It is also the first that has not been marketed with the suffix Celica.

    Celica Supra (MK2)

    The second generation was presented in the fall of 1981 and had a completely independent drive with the new (170 hp) 6-cylinder engines.

    2000GT & Supra MK1

    The first Supra built from spring 1978 to summer 1981 was still offered as a top version of the Celica first in Japan and later in the United States.

    Servus zusammen!

    Ich bin grad eben mit meinem Rx8 unterwegs gewesen.
    Dann hatte ich aufeinmal einen Schwarzen 4er Golf vor mir. Der hatte dort wo normalerweiße "1,6 gti" usw steht, fett MKIV stehen. Des MK "rot" und des "IV" schwarz (oder andersrum, weiß es grad nicht mehr genau).
    Hab sowas bisjetzt noch nie gesehen :frage: Leider hatte ich keine Kamera oder Fotohandy dabei. Ist des zufällig ein Suprafahrer hier im Forum??? War in BaWü (Miedlesbach)

    Werden die ganzen Golfs, Jettas Boras usw. nicht auch mit 'MK' bezeichnet?
    Also Jetta MK4 oder MKIV hab ich schon öfters mal gehört bzw. gelesen.

    Aber gut, könnte genauso gut sein das es ein Supra MKIV Fahrer ist.

    Aber so am Auto gesehen hab ich's auch noch nie.

    MK ist die Abkürzung für "Mark", was im Englischen in etwa wie "Generation" benutzt wird. MKIV (MK4) heisst also nichts anderes als vierte Generation.

    und VW GOLF iss das kürzel für Völlig Wertloses Gefährt Ohne Logische Funktion!!!!!!!
